Untamed Travelling
is a tailor-made specialist for unforgettable trips to worldwide destinations where experience always comes first. When you travel with Untamed, you choose for high quality, extensive knowledge, personal service, small-scale accommodations, professional guidance and unique travel experiences. ‘Where the world can’t find you…’.
As a Travel Designer you are (partly) responsible for putting together and selling tailor-made trips to the well-known and lesser-known destinations in Asia, Central and South America, Europe or Africa.
Because you must be able to advise the customer passionately about a destination, we expect you to have traveled, lived or worked in the mentioned part of the world and already have extensive experience in putting together and selling trips. You will have personal consultations with clients to identify requirements and will be able to put together a suitable travel program based on this information.
You will be in contact with our local agencies for this purpose. Good speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English are required. In addition, we expect your computer skills to be excellent and you will be proficient in at least MS Office programs Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Exact is a plus. On occasion, you will contribute to presentations and represent Untamed Travelling at trade shows and events.
We all work from home and are not tied to an office location. Among ourselves, we are connected online and communicate through Skype and an integral telephone network. We meet periodically for consultations and appointments with suppliers, for example at our office in Amsterdam-Zuid.
Note: Remote working outside the Netherlands is not an option.
