TUI has opened a new travel agency in Rijssen.
The city had to do without a local travel agency for a long time, but that is a thing of the past with the arrival of the TUI shop.
The new travel agency is located in the former Kippie building in the Haarstraat in Rijssen.
The shop was opened by alderman Bert Tijhof (Economic Affairs and Retail).
As a surprise, Gerrit Tijhuis, the owner of the Delfin Beach Resort on Bonaire and a well-known resident of Rijssenaar, was also present.
“I am extremely happy and proud of the opening of our new TUI store at this beautiful and prominent location in Rijssen,” says Evelien van Zutphen, Retail Regional Manager at TUI.
“We are very much looking forward to welcoming our customers here and helping them plan their dream vacations.” A festive opening day will be held on Saturday 21 September, during which visitors will have a chance to win prizes.
