The best customer experience and highest customer satisfaction are the highest priorities within NRV.
This is done within the Customer Services department, the central department for customer contacts within NRV. More than 20 enthusiastic and motivated employees work here. Within Customer Services, all telephone bookings, requests, changes and responses are processed and handled. We are in contact with our customers and partners by phone, email and social media.
Who are you?
Do you like to get things done? And do you want to help us make our customers even more satisfied? Are you good at selling and advising customers on products that suit them as well as possible?
Then we are looking for you! In this role, you are the source of information for the customer and you quickly switch between contact with customers, colleagues and suppliers. You are commercial, customer-oriented and have a real go-getter mentality.
What are you going to do?
As a Travel Specialist you are responsible for the sale of our trips via phone, email and chat. You make an inventory of the customer’s wishes and know how to convert them into a suitable trip. You advise and inform the customer in this regard. In addition, you ensure that all bookings are correctly registered in various systems. You handle changes before departure and inform all parties about this. You know how to bind the customer to us through your expertise, enthusiasm and customer focus.
What do we expect from you?
- At least an MBO+ education, preferably a tourism course
- You take initiative and are enthusiastic
- You are commercial and can convince people
- You are accurate and customer-oriented
