TUI has opened a shop at Diemerplein in Diemen. With this, Diemen, which has had to do without a local travel agency for a long time, has a travel agency again. The TUI shop has been open since early September. The store has a team of experienced travel advisors ready to provide customized advice. Customers can find inspiration for their vacation in the shop over a cup of coffee, but can also have a beautiful trip put together in privacy. In addition to TUI’s complete offer, the range of other travel providers can also be booked with TUI Diemen. “We are very proud to have been able to open this beautiful store in Diemen,” says Regional Manager Marleen Langelaar-Zandhuis. ́In recent weeks we have already noticed that we are very welcome here. ́ TUI consciously invests in travel agencies as an important part of its omnichannel strategy. In this strategy, online and offline coexist. The 136 shops spread throughout the Netherlands give the brand a face and are close to the customer, is the travel company’s vision. ‘And the travel agency is finding its way to that customer (again). People need certainty, personal attention and advice. And they can now go to Diemen for that again.’
