SRG Vakanties, specialist in adapted holidays, has started a collaboration with automation company 1TIS ‘SRG Adapted Holidays is a 100% volunteer organisation that has been organising trips for people with a physical disability for more than 50 years. A charitable foundation also has to keep up in this digital age,’ says Arnoud de Roy van Zuydewijn, chairman of SRG Vakanties. ‘Our participants expect to be able to contact us digitally. For SRG itself, it is important that the processes behind the scenes are structured and that we keep our costs under control at the same time. That is why we have chosen to work with 1TIS. The modular structure of the back office software called Grip allows us to choose only the modules we need, including maintenance. So we don’t buy ballast that we don’t use and ultimately our participants also benefit from this.’ Rico van Loenen, director/owner of 1TIS, adds: ‘We know how to translate the wishes of SRG Vakanties within our software’. Time-consuming work is a thing of the past; The chance of errors will be nil and we will speed up work processes.’ (Photo Shutterstock).
