Femke van Tilburg will start as Director Retail at Prijsvrij Vakanties/D-reizen on 1 March. Together with Anet Huzen, she will largely take over the responsibilities of Michelle de Wit. ‘With the arrival of Femke, we can continue to build on the fantastic foundation that Michelle and her team have created here. We are delighted to welcome Femke to our team’, says Anet Huzen. Femke van Tilburg says she is very enthusiastic about her new step. ‘In recent years, I have gained a lot of experience in other industries, but one thing became very clear to me: the travel industry is where my heart lies. My feeling at Prijsvrij Vakanties/ D-Reizen and the enthusiastic team was immediately good. It is a dynamic company with great growth ambitions for the future.’ She continues: ‘There is a solid and successful foundation, as evidenced by the revenue growth achieved in both 2022 and 2023. This is confirmation that Dutch holidaymakers still know how to find their way to physical travel shops. I look forward to further developing D-reizen, as the largest online and offline travel retailer in the Netherlands, together with the team.’
