
Nordic Collection has started a collaboration with automation company 1TIS. For four of Nordic Collection’s eight current travel brands, 1TIS is now the company’s IT partner, says Rico van Loenen, director/owner of 1TIS.
‘Personally, I think it’s great to see how the travel brands operate individually and how they expand in the market. Behind the scenes, we see well-organized travel brands. All in all, the Nordic Collection is a very nice company with a great vision that serves the end consumer with beautiful trips.’ Philip Timmermans, CEO of Nordic Collection, adds: “We were looking for an IT partner who could grow with us in both the Netherlands and Belgium. We found this partner with 1TIS. Every travel brand is different and has its own travel experts and its own approach. The IT must be set up for this and we are now doing that with 1TIS. It is nice for us to see that 1TIS knows the travel market through and through and has thought so carefully about all the steps that take place behind the scenes. Because 1TIS has also been operating in the Belgian market for several years, we see that the system has already been well developed here.
