Anke van Doveren succeeds Jeroen Otto as manager of TUI at Home, TUI’s franchise organisation of independent travel advisors. She will start in her new position on 15 November. Anke is no stranger to TUI. Next year she will celebrate her 20th anniversary with the travel company. For her, this was the perfect time to make the switch and start working as Manager Franchise TUI at Home. Anke is enthusiastic about her appointment: “In recent years I have gained a lot of experience within the Sun & Beach product unit and later (since 2007) at Kras in the Tours department. In recent years, I have also been responsible for this product group within TUI Group. It feels like the right time for me to take a step outside the world of product travel. I am therefore very happy that I have the opportunity to do this within TUI. I look forward to working with the team to ensure the further development and growth of the franchise organisation.’ In her new role, Anke will report to Suzanne Goossen, who has been Head of Retail & Franchise TUI at Home since 1 October, as Head of Retail & Franchise TUI at Home, as well as the travel franchise organisation. TUI at Home celebrates its 12.5th anniversary this year and now has 140 affiliated travel advisors.
