Margreeth Kappert is leaving ITA Airways, where she has worked as country manager for the Netherlands since February 2022. After 23 years in the travel industry, Kappert has found a job outside the sector. Kappert started her career in the travel industry at Uniglobe, where she was office manager from 2001 to 2005. In April 2005 she joined Alitalia, where she was the face of the outside world as sales manager for more than 13 years. After working at Qatar Airways for almost four years, she switched to ITA Airways, the successor to Alitalia, in early 2022. Kappert is also leaving as chairman of Pasra, the organization for sales employees of airlines that fly to the Netherlands and which is known for the annual Airline Express, among other things. For the time being, the Dutch market will be managed by the ITA Airways office in Belgium until a successor is found.
