As of the 2024 summer schedule, KLM will no longer operate passage flights between 00:00 and 06:00 arriving at Schiphol. This was confirmed by a KLM spokeswoman on Friday evening. In practice, this means that four intercontinental flights will arrive in the early morning, instead of between 05:00 and 06:00. KLM also uses the quietest aircraft at night as much as possible. These measures are part of the ‘cleaner, quieter, more economical’ plan, with which KLM aims to achieve less nuisance to the living environment. (Photo KLM).
