Relax in nature, discover other traditions and customs and consciously enjoy yourself: under the hashtag #stayalittlebitlonger, the German Tourist Board would like to invite travellers to extend their (short) holidays, and thus also reduce the CO2 footprint. With its diverse offer, Germany offers numerous opportunities to extend a trip and travel sustainably: for example, a city trip can easily be combined with trips into nature, which is always close by and easily accessible by public transport. Travel Market #stayalittlebitlonger is also the motto of our annual Travel Market. This time the ReisMarkt will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam, right next to Central Station. Together with more than 20 German partners, we inform not only about the new campaign #stayalittlebitlonger, but also about the latest tourism figures and trends, and present Germany as a diverse, sustainable destination close to home. By the way, the closing networking drinks will take place in the newly opened bar ‘Eclipse’ of the hotel – so in addition to the latest news from holiday destination Germany, you can also enjoy a fantastic view of Amsterdam.
