Let’s get started then: the PEP offer can only be booked through the travel agency’s call center on +49 (0) 221-59 98 82 25. Important: Please make sure you have your Eurowings account number or Lufthansa Group eXperts login as well as your credit card or bank account details ready before booking. To complete the booking, we need proof of identity (business card or similar). Send your ID by e-mail to pepew@eurowings.com no later than 5 working days after the booking request. - Booking period: 01.04.2024 – 31.05.2024 (subject to change)
- Travel period: 01.04.2024 – 30.06.2024 (subject to change)
- Valid for travel professionals – one companion possible for the same price
- Booking in the SMART fare at a rate of €0 plus applicable taxes and fees (*services included in the fare can be viewed on the Eurowings homepage)
- Valid for the European Eurowings route network
- The offer can be booked a total of three times per passenger on three different routes
- Limited number of seats, booking on request and subject to availability
- The booking request is binding
- Bookable one-way or round-trip
- Bookable on non-stop flights only; No Smart Connect flights
- Public holidays are excluded
- Cancellation is not possible
- Rebooking within the specified travel period can be done by telephone via the call centre
- Subsequent bookings of additional services (seats, special baggage, etc.) can be made online under “My trip” → “Manage booking”
- Additional fees apply for check-in of extra baggage
- The travel professional is responsible for checking the entry requirements of the destination country
- Miles & More miles cannot be earned on flights
- Payments by direct debit are possible up to 5 days before departure
