Some colleagues and former colleagues of de Jong Intra Vakanties have taken the initiative for a reunion, which will be held on Thursday 13 June. The counter now stands at 115 (former) colleagues. You can register until 1 April. ‘A few weeks ago, we started an event in which we couldn’t really get an idea of how much interest there is. In any case, we were convinced that it would be great to reminisce with each other, about and with the Jong Intra Vakanties. Meanwhile, 115 colleagues and former colleagues have already signed up. (Former) colleagues who started in several years, even some who were there in the first year of the Jong Intra Vakanties (1972)’, says Tineke Boele, who hopes for even more registrations with her former colleagues Liejana van Belle and Shirley van de Haterd and current colleague Bob Visser.
‘We are sure that we will make it a very special evening together.’ The deadline to apply is April 1, says Boele, who adds that this is no joke. Based on the number of registrations, the location is determined, preferably in Ridderkerk, and the personal contribution is also determined. ‘We’re really looking forward to it.
