
From mid-March to the end of April, TUI will hold its big Live Happy sales run along the retail partners. From TUI, colleagues from various product departments drive all over the country. This time, TUI’s sales team will be reinforced by colleagues from different departments. These include the heads of all product departments, including Manfred Lahey, supplemented by product managers from all teams. From the Customer Services Center, Ron van Munster and part of his team and team leaders will also visit the necessary travel agencies. TUI colleagues from the Health & Safety and Communication departments are also participating. So Petra Kok will also be part of the sales run, says TUI in an announcement. Dimitri Joannides, Sales Manager Channel Management Retail Partners, emphasizes the importance of personal contact. ‘This means that we briefly update our partners with the necessary news. We are especially curious about the input from the travel agent. During this sales run, we also put the travel agent in the spotlight. We don’t come empty-handed. What exactly do we bring? That will remain a surprise for a while.’ According to Joannides, the customer always comes first.
‘So if the timing isn’t ideal, we’ll just leave the TUI package with the latest news and a summer gift.’ The TUI colleagues will enter the country from 18 March.
