
The number of bookings was also significantly higher in October (+15%) than in the same month a year ago. Growth was particularly evident in destinations outside Europe. North America (especially the East Coast) is up strongly at +28% over last year. The lower dollar (down nearly 10% from last year) helps. Growth for Asia is even stronger (+34%). The big risers and most important destinations are Indonesia and Thailand; these two destinations are all the way back up again. Within Europe, the picture is mixed.
