
In Baarn, TravelSpirit has reached an important milestone: the complete transition to TravelSpirit 3.0 has been completed. All customers will now enjoy the benefits of this renewed infrastructure. The background of the upgrade In early 2023, TravelSpirit announced a plan to improve their software in three key areas:
- Reliability and scalability through full cloud integration.
- Increased ease of use with improved speed, supported by the TravelSpirit Support Portal and the TravelSpirit Academy.
- A vision of the future with the ability to move flexibly and continue to introduce innovations.
A transition, not without bumps The transition to the new system went quite smoothly overall, but there were inevitably some serious bumps in the road. The ambition was to make the transition careful and gradual, but an important external factor necessarily accelerated the process. However, the team of the Baarn-based software builder has worked tirelessly to keep disruptions to a minimum and to set up the large amount of optimization options as quickly as possible for all customers.

Looking to the future With the new infrastructure as a foundation, TravelSpirit is committed to continuous improvement and innovation. Users can expect more news in this area in the coming months. Thus, by 2024, they will be working on a completely new “front end” with a focus on user experience & speed. All of TravelSpirit’s pages are under review. But also, for example, news about the TravelSpirit Academy. Intended to allow new users to quickly get everything out of the system.
