United’s Boeing loses wheel again on takeoff
A Boeing of the American United Airlines has lost another wheel during take-off. That happened on a flight from Los Angeles to Denver. The wheel of the Boeing 757 became detached from the landing gear shortly after takeoff. The plane with 174 passengers and 7 crew members on board was able to land safely in Denver a few hours later.
