{"id":117320,"date":"2024-09-26T00:40:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-25T23:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.travmagazine.nl\/silverjet-launches-new-destinations-during-busy-sales-run\/"},"modified":"2024-09-26T00:40:00","modified_gmt":"2024-09-25T23:40:00","slug":"silverjet-launches-new-destinations-during-busy-sales-run","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.travmagazine.nl\/en\/silverjet-launches-new-destinations-during-busy-sales-run\/","title":{"rendered":"Silverjet launches new destinations during busy sales run"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Silverjet has added new destinations to its offer for next winter.<br \/>\nThese are Sri Lanka, St.<br \/>\nBarth, Anguilla and St.<br \/>\nEustatius.<br \/>\nThe destinations were announced on Wednesday evening during the well-attended third evening of the now traditional sales run of the ultra-luxury holiday provider.<br \/>\nThe presentation took place in restaurant Quarte Bras in Best, where a high-level dinner was served.<br \/>\nWith about 50 travel sellers at the table, the evening was completely sold out.<br \/>\nThis was already the case earlier this week during dinner meetings in Apeldoorn and Zoetermeer.<br \/>\nOn Thursday evening there will be a presentation in Belgium, after which the week will end with a lunch presentation in Amsterdam.<br \/>\nSilverjet has more than 10,000 high-end passengers per year in the Netherlands and Belgium.<br \/>\nThe average travel sum has risen sharply to 4,230 euros per person.<br \/>\nThe Silverjet team has 30 employees in the Netherlands and 11 in Belgium.<br \/>\nThe luxury travel provider works with more than 800 travel agencies and ZRAs, who receive an increasing commission scale of 11 to 13 percent (already on the third booking).<br \/>\nA commission of 10 percent applies to acco-only.<br \/>\nAs always, Silverjet has joined forces with a number of five-star partners for this year&#8217;s sales run.<br \/>\nThey are Rosselli AX Privilege (Malta), Hotel Baobab Suites (Tenerife), Hotel Cap.                St. George (Cyprus), Hotel LUX Belle Mare (Mauritius), Hotel Madinat Jumeirah (Dubai), Hotel Vila Vita Parc (Portugal) and the Barbados Tourist Board, which was represented by Kim Baljet of Check-in PR.<br \/>\nSuzanne Kochen, responsible for sales in Northern Europe at Explora Journeys, gave a clear presentation about this new luxury cruise line, which she described as a &#8216;luxury boutique hotel at sea&#8217;.
