{"id":117317,"date":"2024-09-23T09:00:13","date_gmt":"2024-09-23T08:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.travmagazine.nl\/a-smooth-travel-experience-to-st-petersburg-maarten\/"},"modified":"2024-09-23T09:00:13","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T08:00:13","slug":"a-smooth-travel-experience-to-st-petersburg-maarten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.travmagazine.nl\/en\/a-smooth-travel-experience-to-st-petersburg-maarten\/","title":{"rendered":"A smooth travel experience to St. Petersburg Maarten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIAE) on St. Juliana International Airport<br \/>\nMaarten is proud to announce the launch of the ED Travel Card, a new border control system developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Traffic and Telecommunications (TEATT).   <\/strong>  The new system is part of the airport&#8217;s reconstruction project and will facilitate passenger travel to and from St. Peter&#8217;s.<br \/>\nMaarten considerably.<br \/>\nFor travelers, it is important to know that the ED Travel Card must be purchased prior to departure to St.<br \/>\nMaarten needs to be filled in.<br \/>\nThe launch of the system is scheduled for October 8, 2024 and is available via the website sxmentry.com. <strong><em>Flying with KLM <\/em><\/strong> KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will double its flights to St. Peter&#8217;s Hospital this winter.<br \/>\nMaarten.<br \/>\nThe airline is once again showing confidence in the destination by doubling the number of flights for the 2024-2025 winter season.<br \/>\nFrom 27 October, KLM will fly six times a week from Amsterdam (AMS) to Port of Spain (POS) with a stopover at St. Petersburg.<br \/>\nMaarten (SXM).         St. Maarten is a paradisiacal destination that you don&#8217;t want to miss, with something for everyone.<br \/>\nWhether you love sunbathing, snorkeling in colorful coral reefs, or exploring charming villages: St.<br \/>\nMaarten has it all.
