Thanks to the all-inclusive concept, you never have any hassle, or rather: our customers never have any hassle. The customer is well informed and there are rarely, if ever, complaints. With his all-inclusive concept, he built Sunny Cars into a strong player in various markets and even the market leader in the Netherlands. When asked about the reason for the success, he says: &#8220;Our product meets the customer&#8217;s need for &#8216;no hassle&#8217;, with the aim of absolute customer satisfaction.&#8221; Bookings at Sunny Cars are currently well ahead of last year, says Hans Knottnerus. &#8220;We hope to get close to one million bookings for Sunny Cars as a whole this year.
