One of the most important aspects for the chef, who creates the menu of the Marvy restaurants, is the use of products from De\u011firmen, the largest organic farm in the region. All dishes are prepared with these fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef G\u00fczelya\u011fd\u00f6ken also creates ‘random’ tables with fresh fish and seasonal vegetables daily.<\/p>\n Club Marvy focuses on local values with a simple approach in every aspect, from architecture to gastronomy: wickerwork by artisans from S\u00f6ke and Tire, lamps made from handmade bamboo sticks, and textiles produced especially for Marvy in the Buldan region. All textures reflect the delicacy of the Marvy spirit.<\/p>\n Rome’s only Michelin-starred female chef, Cristina Bowerman, blends the local produce of the Aegean with Italian flavors at Buono Italiano, the restaurant she opened in 2019 at Club Marvy. She rates her success in gastronomy as follows: “What excites me is the adrenaline rush of always raising the bar! I’m just like an athlete. First, you walk 100 meters in a certain amount of time. The next day, run the same distance faster and push your limits to the limit. To me, this means being good at my job.’<\/p>\n According to an ancient Anatolian belief, two saints, H\u0131z\u0131r and \u0130lyas, meet on a bank every year on the night between May 5 and May 6 to grant wishes. Club Marvy celebrates this tradition, known as H\u0131d\u0131rellez, with its guests at a long table in Kesre Bay. Guests get up at 6:00 a.m. the next morning, wrap their wishes in rose petals, and throw them into the sea, because we all need hope! The first exhibition of the season opened on April 19 with works by Vahap Av\u015far. On June 14, the second exhibition with works by Ebru D\u00f6\u015fek\u00e7i will open. In the middle of summer, there are two exciting surprises: exhibitions by Esra G\u00fclmen and the artist duo Hakan Sorar & Ahmet R\u00fcstem Ekici, which show new perspectives that push boundaries.<\/p>\n This summer, Club Marvy introduces two unique show programs under the direction of Ahsen G\u00f6n\u00fclce, the successful choreographer from the entertainment world. “The Magic is Back”: This show transports guests to the vibrant atmosphere of the Studio 54 period, evoking the glamour and excitement of that iconic time. “It’s All an Illusion”: This show pushes the boundaries of acrobatics and promises to mesmerize audiences with breathtaking stunts and mind-blowing illusions.<\/p>\n Mert Demir, the rising star who set the pop world on fire with his song ‘Ate\u015fe D\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm’, takes the stage of Club Marvy during two weeks of celebrations.<\/p>\n When it comes to Club Marvy, it’s impossible not to mention the amazing influence of architect Fahrettin Aykut.
