FTI also responds to the question &#8216;You have only booked hotel stays and have already travelled and\/or checked in&#8217;. &#8216;Have you only booked hotel services through the tour operators FTI or 5vorFlug and made payments directly to the tour operator in question? Unfortunately, individual services are not covered by the statutory insurance protection for package holidays and are therefore not covered by the DRSF.
