Crowded slopes, expensive ski passes and queues at the ski lift. Those are the three biggest annoyances of Dutch winter sports enthusiasts. This is reported by comparison site Skyscanner on the basis of its own research.<\/p>\n
The results were published at the start of spring break, when many people head to the snow.<\/p>\n
The other annoyances are: high costs for food and drinks on the slopes, noisy groups of skiers and the high cost of accommodation.<\/p>\n
According to the survey, more than half of those surveyed now go on a winter sports holiday at least once a year.<\/p>\n
Most winter sports enthusiasts look forward to skiing and snowboarding (67%), followed by outdoors (60%) and being active (57%), spending time with family and friends (52%), being in nature (41%) and apr\u00e8s-ski (38%).<\/p>\n
