Live To Travel has started a collaboration with automation company 1TIS. \u0301<\/strong>As a tour operator with a penchant for unique travel experiences, we at Live To Travel regularly look for tools that simplify our processes,” says Hans van der Stock, director of Live To Travel, specialist for travel to Africa, Oceania and exotic beaches. Switching to a new back-office system is always a challenging process, he says. “1TIS’s software system, called GRIP, has significantly improved our operational efficiency because its functionalities, such as file and address management, and automations provide a more streamlined workflow that saves time. ‘One of the biggest advantages of GRIP is its online accessibility. This enables flexible working, which is essential in an industry where speed is critical.” 1TIS is already working with Live to Travel Netherlands and is happy to be working with Live To Travel Belgium, says Rico van Loenen, director\/owner of 1TIS. ‘We see that also in Belgium more and more tour operators are looking for a total solution from one supplier, so that you have everything under one roof.
