Then you are the Sales Support we are looking for!
As Sales & Support at Talisman, you are the point of contact and support for all our travel specialists. You support in making reservations, such as making seat number reservations, table reservations and working out quotations. In addition, you will help process ad hoc requests, send the travel documents to the travelers and keep the website up to date together with the marketing department.
We are looking for an ambitious personality who likes to work in a support position but also likes to discover the world himself. Someone who wants to grow within the company and has the ambition to work as a Talisman specialist in the future.
You will work together with various product managers, the sales and marketing departments.
Who are you
- Motivated, proactive, efficient, team player, flexible and eager to travel.
- You have completed a tourism education.
- (Work) experience in the travel industry, preferably with a tour operator.
- Affinity with systems; knowledge of Amadeus and working with a CRM.
- Dutch and English in word and writing.
- Available 40 hours per week.
